Before you arrive
A few things that help the day go well
A light meal
Feed a few hours before rather than right before — full tummies and grooming tables don't mix.
Tell us everything
Matting, sore spots, lumps, arthritis, anxiety, past grooming trouble. Nothing is too small to mention.
A quick goodbye
Long goodbyes make dogs more anxious, not less. Hand over, head off, and we'll text you when they're ready.
Need to change your booking? Please give at least 24 hours notice so the spot can be offered to someone else. Cancellations inside 24 hours may attract a fee — the full policy is on the policies page.
